Nextise is a premium German SaaS and AI-driven automation ecosystem focused on transforming business operations for medium-to-large enterprises in the DACH region. Operating as a holistic technology powerhouse, the platform connects customized, GDPR-compliant LLMs, autonomous sales assistants, and enterprise workflow integrations (powered by n8n and Next.js). By replacing repetitive manual processes with highly secure, self-healing automated nodes, Nextise delivers massive operational savings, data-integrity assurances, and zero vendor lock-in for its clients.
§02 — CHALLENGE

Scale & Multi-Tenant Process Isolation

Running hundreds of complex, high-concurrency n8n workflow nodes processing sensitive, real-time enterprise data requires robust sandbox isolation, self-healing databases, and zero-latency container communications to prevent service choke points.

GDPR Compliance & Critical Data Security

Handling critical company knowledge bases (RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and automated lead qualifications demands strict GDPR-compliant server architecture, restricted data routes, and military-grade database security.

Continuous Integration & Zero-Downtime Infrastructure

Maintaining 99.99% high availability and seamless rolling updates across dynamic multi-container applications (Next.js storefront, Payload CMS API, PostgreSQL database clusters, and n8n runners) without interrupting live business integrations.

§04 — APPROACH
To deliver an enterprise-grade infrastructure, I architected and deployed a highly redundant, self-healing Kubernetes (K8s) cluster that containerized every operational node. I integrated PostgreSQL database clusters with automated replication and failover, and designed strict data-isolation boundaries for multi-tenant n8n workflow engines. To address security, I built strict GDPR-compliant private networks with origin protection inside the cluster. Finally, I established custom CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, reducing deployment times by over 40% while maintaining absolute reliability for critical automated pipelines.
